Assistant Merchandiser

The opportunity has risen for an Assistant Merchandiser to join the team in a maternity cover role.  Our client is a successful fashion supplier to many mid and high end retailers in UK.  The role will commence mid March 2016.

The role will involve:

• Raising stock codes, checking and updating prices, raising SOP’s & POP’s, GRN stock etc - using Sage 200 -
• Photographing & dispatching samples
• Order labels & packaging components through web based sites, check & submitting art work
• Liaising with Chinese factories
• Ensure systems are kept up to date for finance purposes
• Create accurate packing lists & arrange customer warehouse deliveries
• Answer incoming company calls
• Book Courier Parcels (on line system Fedex / TNT / telephone)
